Description

Accounts Receivable and Treasury Administrator. Accounts Receivable: Maintain credit accounts including creating and amending account credit limits. Maintain records of all account updates and amendments. Ensure all customers arrangements are recorded and pursued. Generate and reconcile month end reports. Administer transactions, invoices, statements and reports. Manage correspondence and confidential information. Liaise with internal and external bodies on all matters relating to Credit Control and accounts. Agree payment and settlement of accounts with customers, in line with agreed procedures. Daily review all automated credit letters and issue if appropriate. Carry out or undertake day-to-day administration and duties as required by the business. Data Risk Register – Maintain & up date. Treasury: Prepare daily Bank balance report. Prepare Bank Audit files. Perform Month End Bank Reconciliations. Perform Month End Invoice Discounting Bank Loan Reconciliations. Prepare Cash Forecasting weekly report. Ensure Bank accounts are funded & arrange transfers if required. Debt purchase agreements- reconcile & draw down funding. Prepare work instructions & Standard operating procedures. Ensure up to date and accurate information is available. Ensure timely and consistent follow up with issues. Build effective working relationships with the team and internal and external bodies. Complete projects on time and to budget. Achieve assigned individual goals. Qualification in a relevant discipline and/or relevant experience – Minimum 3 years. Capable of understanding the underlying processes across the full remit of the role. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with people internally and externally. Strong business acumen and commercially aware. Strong attention to detail and with a particular emphasis on confidentiality. Strong computer literacy with particular emphasis on the Microsoft Office Suite. Previous use of Core & Oracle is advantageous. Proven track record of strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and focus on and meet task deadlines. Willingness to assist in a team environment and to adapt to challenges in the course of achieving departmental and Group objectives. A positive and flexible attitude and self-starting ability with the aptitude to take ownership of work as required and see it through to completion.
