Qualified Chef- Cork. Location: Cork. €14p/hours. Daytime Hours- Monday to Friday. The Job: Responsible for the day to day preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. To ensure the strictest hygiene controls are met. Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues. Creativity and imagination in terms of menus, preparation and presentation. Strong financial awareness and experience. Organised and efficient in their work. Ability to be flexible and work in a team. You: At least 3 years in a professional kitchen at a senior CDP level or higher. Have a recognised catering qualification. Be passionate and able to self-motivate. Be hard working and always striving to improve.
