Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates. Utilise CV databases and internet search tools. Foster long-term relationships with candidates. Format resumes meeting client expectations. Provide continoues information for candidates. Research new technologies. Requirements for Technical Recruiter. Ability to build strong relationships. Ability to learn technical information. Self-confidence and self starter. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience. Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Recruitemnt or Technical background required. Sales experience advantageous.
