My Client is a well-established Insurance Brokers in Cork and are seeking a personal lines Account handler to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Motor, home and/or travel Insurance sector. As a Personal Lines Account Handler you will be working within an experienced team servicing the personal insurance needs of their highly valued individual clients. Candidates must have brokerage experience. Responsibilities include: Retention and renewal of existing policies. Mid-term adjustments. Handling new business enquiries. Adhering to legislative and regulatory compliance standard’s. Dealing with customers both face to face and on the phone. Requirements: Brokerage experience is essential. APA qualified. Minimum 2 years' experience in the motor/ home/ travel Insurance industry. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent customer service experience. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Experience of RELAY Software package would be an advantage.
