Cpl in partnership with our client Pfizer are currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to join the teams across the Pre LOE, Post LOE and NPI Value Streams. These positions will report to the Product Portfolio Leader. The roles will be responsible for delivering excellence in all aspects of API manufacture at Ringaskiddy across the API lifecycle. Position Summary. The position will report to the appropriate Product Portfolio Leader. The roles will be responsible for delivering excellence in all aspects of API manufacture at Ringaskiddy across the API lifecycle. The successful candidates will provide appropriate technical support to process teams to sustain and improve the processes assigned. This will involve focusing on flawless execution throughout each assigned product campaign, focusing on the fundamentals of safety, quality, supply and cost. Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) development will also be a key part of the roles. The roles involve development of close collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and support departments. These positions are key roles within the Value Streams at Ringaskiddy API and will provide excellent opportunities for the successful candidate to gain invaluable development experience, across the entire Ringaskiddy site. Main Responsibilities. The principal accountabilities of this position are: • Generation of Process Fits for future campaigns. • Complete new technology/PAT assessments for future campaign. • Provide process technical support to process teams to sustain & improve the processes assigned. • Promote a flawless execution manufacturing environment. • Trouble-shoot and provide sustainable solutions for root cause processing problems. • Technical transfer, Scale –up & Installation of new processes & new unit operations onto and with-in the plant. • Use computer-based modelling, simulation & analysis to look for improvement opportunities and to analyse problems. • Complete Process Engineering Calculations as required for product start-ups. • Identify hazards, assess their relative risk and incorporate recommendations into your process designs. • Install & apply innovative technologies solutions.   Skills/Attributes: • Have excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills. • Have strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Have a willingness to learn and be challenged. • Be change focused. • Have creativity to identify improvement opportunities and the initiative to see them implemented. Qualifications/Skills and Experience: These positions require excellent technical, organisational, communication and leadership skills. It requires the Process Engineer to perform with confidence in what will be a consistently dynamic operating environment. The successful candidates will have the ability to support a highly competent and self-motivated Value Stream Team, to make things happen in order to meet customer requirements, as well as the ability to deal with the challenges that API manufacturing may present. It is expected that the successful candidates will be qualified to degree level in an appropriate discipline, and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Process Engineering role.
