Title: Quantity Surveyor. Location: Cork. Summary: Cork based position between €50k-€70k. Responsibilities: Provide support on pre-construction phase projects including pricing bills of quantities for related costs. Project controlling, estimating, tracking variations and liaising with management and clients. Present monthly valuations to management. Cost management of multiple projects both site and office based. Requirements: 3-10 years experience. Experience in Water & Utilities is desirable. Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics or equivalent. Excellent commercial awareness and strong communication skills. Full, clean driver’s license.
