We are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner to join a large, fast paced and growing organisation in Cork. Working across 2 sites and as part of a wider HR team, you will be reponsible for providing operational HR support for a client group of approx 400. The purpose of this role is to provide an interface between HR and designated Business units to embed a uniformed approach to people development and people management that contributes to operational excellence. You will also act as a coach and trusted adviser to the Business Unit Managers on all people related issues. Key Responsibilities: Be the People Champion within the Business Unit. Work closely with the onsite recruitment team to ensure the business are getting the best talent available for roles that are vacant and ensure a timely & efficient recruitment process. Actively put in place initiatives to reduce attrition. Work with the Business Unit to increase morale and employee satisfaction. Identify training gaps and recommend improvements. Facilitate the Employee Development Programme. Introduce a robust succession planning process. Manage attendance, performance within the Business unit. Provide coaching and support to Managers & Team Leaders. This is a fast paced role in a very fast paced company with a focus on Employee Relations.
