Opportunity for Finishing Foreman to join a growing construction business in Cork. This role would be responsible for organizing and coordinating the work on site, maintaining records and liaising with management. The role: Work along with all stakeholders on the project to ensure the delivery of output as per contract. Ensure the work delivered by all teams and subcontracts is as per agreed service level agreements. Maintaining the Site Diary - recording manpower levels for each subcontractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities. Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site. Providing clear leadership and direction to the site team while maintaining a professional manner. Qualification: 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role or minimum experience, on large commercial, residential projects involving new build, Fit-Out and Refurbishment projects. Trade and/or technically qualified. Proven track record of delivering construction projects to the end user to the highest quality with emphasis on safe and efficient construction at all times.
