This role will be to support the Global recruitment department across all reporting needs. You will partner with the recruitment team and management on reporting requirements. With multiple systems and areas where data is stored we will be looking to you for guidance on how to best combine and gather this information as well as come up with efficient solutions to current reporting challenges faced by the recruitment department. This will be a fast paced and collaborative role. The ideal candidate will have some prior knowledge/experience in the HR/Recruitment industry, have strong experience with excel, macros, BI tools, Google Apps suite and be an engaging flexible team player who can identify challenges and come up with forward thinking solutions. Responsibilities: Ad hoc admin tasks where necessary. Gathering and maintaining up to date correct data from across the recruitment team. Providing and designing solutions to current reporting challenges. Working across multiple systems and docs to combine all vital information. Managing all reporting across the Global recruitment department. Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly reports on recruitment progress. Identifying gaps and trends through data analysis. Keeping up to date with the recruitment teams workload and challenges. Project work where required. Reporting training across recruitment team where needed. Collaborate and communicate with other support functions across the business in order to be successful within the role. Requirements: Previous experience in a hr/recruitment industry would be advantageous. Several year's experience in Microsoft packages including Excel, Power Point, Visio, Access. Experience with BI tools, Google Suite and other reporting tools is essential. Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise on an on-going basis. Must be a team player with the ability to work on own initiative. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex detail in user friendly language. Internal Applications: Minimum 9 month tenure in current role is essential.
