Customer Service Reps - Mandarin. Working for a leading Global company who are looking to recruit x 5 Mandarin Representatives for their Cork Operations. P revious work experience in a customer service environment is essential or experience in a fraud/risk management environment is desirable but not essential. Skills & Qualifications required. • Fluent in Mandarin and English. • Customer Service experience. • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal is essential. • 3rd Level qualification, MS office proficient. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Stamp 4 or resident passport.
