Lead Generation Manager. Cork. Working with a rapidly expanding SAAS company who are actively looking to recruit a Marketing Demand Generation Manager. The Demand/Lead Generation Specialist will work as part of the marketing team to increase demand for the company products – including new product launches. The successful candidate will be a data-driven marketer tasked with demand generation and marketing funnel optimization worldwide. Using strategic account based marketing (ABM) and inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, email marketing and direct marketing, you will grow the leads database and overall company revenues. You will be constantly looking at new channels and models to grow our database and grow conversion. Duties include: • Growing new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers. • Reaching key business metrics targets including leads, MQLs, SQLs, Nurturing and Opportunities. • Analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights. • Defining process for efficient campaign execution and reporting, working with marketing executives on running efficient programs. • Building and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.) • Coordinating regular content creation to be marketed via all inbound channels (social, email, blog, landing pages, etc.) • Proposing and executing new ways of creating and distributing content that expands the company’s reach and cause. • Optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. • Establishing closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refining our process to convert customers. • Managing direct marketing campaigns and targeting strategic accounts. • Proposing creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand. • Promoting and complying with information security in line with ISO 27001. Skills/Qualifications: • BS/MS degree in Business/Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years relevant marketing experience. • Extensive understanding of inbound marketing and funnel optimisation. • Metrics and results driven with a proven ability to use data to inform all decisions. • Proven ability to plan, lead, execute and deliver inbound and ABM campaigns against lead and revenue targets. • Proven digital marketing experience: Affiliates, Campaign management, Database Analysis & Growth, Digital Analytics, Partnerships, Email Marketing and Content Syndication. • Experience in B2B (if possible also SaaS) marketing environment.
