PepsiCo are currently recruiting Data Management Analyst to join our Supply Chain team on a 12 month contract based in our Little Island facility. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo`s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. The supply chain team are the lynch pin of operations ensuring the careful coordination of concentrate ingredients and recipes. The team works with our global plants, bottlers and Distribution Centres to ensure flawless supply execution for PepsiCo. The role is pivotal for a business critical project and will be responsible for ensuring that the team utilises data in an efficient manner to reduce the workload of the team where possible. Principle Accountabilities. Responsible for establishing data flows between FSS/SAP/DM/other. Enable the team to utilize the data in an efficient manner and reduce the workload for the team. Responsible for reporting and analytics focusing on project Toby reporting. Establish and maintain data flows from FSS. Establish and maintain data flows from SAP. Establish and maintain data flows from DM. Create efficient data merge capability for the team to use. Generate Metrics to manage the project and report in Weekly. Essential Skills. SQL query development skills. Previous experience with SAP systems in a multi-site environment. Demonstrate excellent data gathering and analysis skills with an ability to focus on attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills are desirable. Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills in business and technical English. A proven ability to interact with various teams both internal and external. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent planning, organisation and multi-tasking skills. Degree in Computer science or related discipline.
