We are currently recruiting a Procurement Buyer to join our indirect procurement team in Cork on a maternity cover contract. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo`s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Principal Accountabilities: Manage Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes, including approving Requisitions and ensuring compliance to PWF Procurement Policy; Lead allocated Opex sourcing projects and lead Capex projects in excess of $500,000; Lead analytics and reporting for Ireland business; SAP and Ariba systems Super User and data steward, providing training and supporting materials as required to the organisation; Maintain compliance to Purchasing Policy to audit ready standard and execute global controls standards to Pass status. Contract management to support migration to new contract management system. Continuously review and implement improvement in sourcing processes through use of best practices tools and process; Essential Skills: Hold a Degree in a Business or technical related field; Previous experience in an Indirects environment within a multinational company; Proven experience at delivering strong business results including through tender management & negotiated agreements; SAP experience is essential and ideally eSourcing would be an advantage. Ability to develop and interpret data analytics and reporting and recommend and/or implement actions; Capital sourcing experience an advantage. Experience of working within a compliance controls and audit environment; A self-starter with an ability to prioritise work load while displaying an ability to problem solve and make recommendations; Experience of working effectively in a cross functional environment.
