Apple is looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the EMEA Recruiting team in Cork. The person hired will be responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Apple's business leaders and candidates through Apple's sourcing and selection processes performing full lifecycle recruitment while maintaining excellent relationships. A high level of creativity, near and long-term recruiting vision, business acumen and personal organisation is required. The successful candidate will have responsibility for recruiting for a number of corporate functions across EMEA and will deliver superior service levels to those functions supported, with an initial focus on Finance hiring. Key Qualifications: oMinimum 7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, ideally in a corporate environment although agency background may suffice, depending on level. oMinimum 3 years of experience recruiting for Finance functions. oProven ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. oExcellent proven project management, personal organisation and time management skills. oHighly computer literate with the ability to learn systems, processes and procedures quickly. oProven strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead & manage recruitment drives. oProven social networking proficiency including in depth data mining abilities. oPeople Management experience a distinct advantage. oStrong analytical skills and proven track record of presenting complex data in a simplified and meaningful manner. Description: Work with management in forecasting and planning recruitment solutions to meet the needs of the business. Gain in-depth understanding of the business functions and provide proactive solutions to ensure staffing goals and deadlines are met. Source candidates, screen CV's, interview candidates, initiate background checking, create contracts/offers of employment and provide New Employee Orientation. Develop and maintain networks both internally and externally in the organisation to identify key talent and build of pipelines. Be experienced in pro-active sourcing, including use of social networks and other alternative sourcing methodologies. Work on Continuous Process Improvement projects in the area of recruitment. Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance and integrity of data using Apple's HR systems. Provide analysis of Recruitment stats and activities to business partners on a regular basis. Partner with key lines of business to stay informed of trends and upcoming hiring needs. Communicate tactfully, professionally, diplomatically and confidentially at all times, providing detailed updates regularly. Have a strong "can do" attitude with genuine commitment to customer service. Education: University degree in an appropriate discipline ideally is preferred.
