Responsibilities. Providing full admin support to General Manager, dealing with confidential and sensitive matters. Organisation including but not exhaustive of the following: Hotels, transfers, catering, room bookings, taxis, restaurant and any other planned activities. Provide proactive diary management. Organises and manages small to large events and visits including Meet and greet visitors to site for the GM and for large hosted on site events. E.g. American Chamber. Board and events coordinator. Main point of contact for requests via PA's, visiting employees and distinguished guests. Participates in project activities with little or no direction from the manager and ensures the work is completed accurately and timely. Produces reports, presentations, letters and communications. Dealing/responding to Emails. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business, and pro-actively use knowledge to provide excellent customer focused value added service provision. Provides support and analysis for Projects under the remit of the site manager. #external. Experience. Worked in support of a VP or Senior Director on confidential and complex issues. Experience of working at a Senior Management Level. Ideally worked in a large multi-site, complex commercial environment. Excellent organisational skills. Demonstrable experience of working on projects and initiatives to deliver results. Knowledge. Excellent Powerpoint skills. Good Excel Skills. Microsoft and other packages. Education. Educated to leaving cert level standard or equivalent. Diploma or degree desirable. Personal Attributes. Self-motivated and enthusiastic. organised. Comfortable and able to act with autonomy. Flexible, accommodating and positive approach. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to Touch and Copy type. Use initiative to achieve results.
