My client, a leading BioPharma organisation based in Cork is currently recruiting a Finance/Compliance Administrator to support the co-ordination of accounts receivable transactions and purchase order management of temporary workers across the organisation. Key responsibilities of this role: Reporting to the HR Account Manager for temporary workers to support with on-boarding compliance checks for specific employees. Ensure Purchase Order numbers and PDFs are received on time each month. Follow up any outstanding POs and correct any incorrect PO numbers issued. Liaising with clients administrators and hiring managers. Entering POs on TMS (Time management system. Prepare reports for any outstanding PO. Coordinate all new client hires in conjunction with the team including but not limited too – Contractors Compliance and Pre-screening compliance. Support the administration of Referral candidates - inclusive of contractors compliance, system set up, etc. Office administrator duties as required. The successful candidate will ideally possess a Business related degree. You will have excellent written and communication skills, strong knowledge of IT systems and MS Office along with strong organisational skills.
