Our customers are key, therefore excellent communication skills both written and oral are a must. This hands-on role requires demonstrable experience in achieving results within a fast-paced environment. Cool stuff you’ll be working on: Responding to technical customer inquiries, via email and telephone during one of the support shifts within the window of 8am to 10pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Providing quality, positive and customer-centred support. Identifying, researching, and resolving activities along with logging, tracking and monitoring. Using a solutions-oriented approach, you will troubleshoot technical issues. Documenting all inquiries; you’ll develop and review content for our knowledge base. Executing minor design amendments to templates from time to time. Promoting Poppulo’s security policies and procedures in line with ISO 27001 will also be an important objective for you. What we’re looking for: A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a high-volume, high-quality technical support role or previous customer service experience coupled with a third level IT qualification. Excellent technical aptitude. Passion for delivering awesome customer service. Nice to have but not essential… Experience supporting web-based technologies. Experience of providing functional guidance or troubleshooting issues. Knowledge of HTML and CSS, What’s on offer ?
