The Opportunity The Inbound Marketing Manager at Poppulo will work as part of the marketing team to increase demand for Poppulo products – including new product launches. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Inbound Marketing Manager will be a data-driven inbound marketer tasked with demand generation and marketing funnel optimization worldwide. Using inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing, you will grow our leads database and overall company revenues. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to think strategically and analytically. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Cork. Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers. Full responsibility for reaching key business metrics targets including leads, MQLs, SQLs, Sales Ready & Nurturing and Opportunities. Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization. Define process for efficient campaign execution and reporting, working with marketing executives on running efficient programs. Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.) Coordinate regular content creation to be marketed via all inbound channels (social, email, blog, landing pages, etc.) Propose and execute new ways of creating and distributing content that expands our company’s reach and cause. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand. Adhere to and promote information security in line with ISO 27001. Experience & Skills: BS/MS degree in Business/Marketing or related field with equivalent work experience. 5+ years relevant marketing experience. Extensive understanding of inbound marketing and funnel optimisation. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot in particular. Metrics and results driven with a proven ability to use data to inform all decisions. Proven ability to plan, lead, execute and deliver inbound campaigns against lead and revenue targets. Experience is B2B/SaaS marketing is desirable. Proven breadth of digital marketing experience: SEO, SEM, PPC, Affiliates, Email Marketing, Social, Campaign Management, Digital Analytics. Strong organisation skills to manage multiple projects in a highly dynamic environment. Strategic thinker with tactical ability. Detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive and creative.
