Assistant Director of Nursing (Palliative Care. This position leads and influences on identified clinical and non-clinical programme as defined by the Director of Nursing. The position provides leadership in the context of a multi-disciplinary team with a specific focus on leading, managing and performance enhancement of the nursing team. The successful applicant will have at least seven years post-registration experience, including two years in the acute services with three years at Clinical Nurse Manager II grade. Management experience and evidence of post-registration education are essential.
