This is a fantastic opportunity for super talented people to join an exceptional team of game experts. Our Client makes games for mobile platforms - that are loved by over one hundred million players worldwide. ' As a member of our Partners's Player Support team you are going to provide AWESOME game support to all players in their community; using Mobile CRM and other support tools. You will engage with players in offline conversations, in-app chat and provide feedback to the Partners internal support team You will be an ambassador of their brand and the first point of contact for our players. You will be in charge of the players' issues until a resolution has been identified. Responsibilities Ensure all players are provided with a high standard of support while setting the bar to WOW and delivering an excellent experience. Provide player support within Company Standards. Help to achieve Team Targets and Objectives. Maintain Open channels of Communication. Follow support process and standards with spirit of thinking out of the box. Share learnings via consultation with Internal Team Specialists. Achieve the highest levels of Player support. Perform within adherence parameters. Support , Resolve and Close Player support cases in timely manner. Skills Essential. Native level written and verbal communication skills in English. Player and support oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others. Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills. Good reasoning and analytical skills. Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations. Good multi-tasking and typing skills (30 WPM ) Good understanding of Microsoft Windows® and Microsoft Office® or equivalents. Ability to think out of the box to amaze players and teammates.
