THE ROLE: * Leading by example and striveing to perform to high standards at all times in compliance with Standards of leadership. * You will manage all activities in compliance with corporate, cGMP, EHS, and other regulatory requirements. * Providing leadership by actively leading / supporting process microbiological investigations. * Drives strategy improvements related to the reduction of contamination risks and the improvement of microbiological hygiene through the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement and open communication. * Maintain, re-evaluate and communicate key critical inputs to site Environmental monitoring program and central utilities teams. * Perform Risk Assessments for operations projects and business innovation initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: * BSc in a scientific/technical discipline required. * Minimum of 5 years of experience within a pharmaceutical or GMP regulated Operations environment. * Possesses detailed knowledge of routine and non-routine testing and sampling methods, techniques and related equipment. * Possess a detailed knowledge and experience of the shop floor manufacturing process.
