FINANCIAL COST ACCOUNTANT. An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, a large US Multinational in the Technical Sector, based in Cork. If you are a Financial Accountant looking to upskill and take on new responsibilities then this is the role for you. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with other members of the Finance Department, the Financial/Cost Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and filing accurate and consistent accounts for the company. In conjunction with the Finance Manager, the individual will be responsible for generating all information for financial reporting including ongoing forecasting as well as monthly reporting analysis. Experience and Key Competencies Required. Qualified Accountant with industry experience. Working knowledge of US GAAP is ideal. Experience in product costing an advantage. Knowledge of an ERP system.
