A Sales & Marketing Lead is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for a West Cork based client. THE ROLE: * Reporting to the General Manager the person will be responsible for marketing strategy for all products. In addition, the person will drive direct sales into the channel for some specific product lines. * Apply business development strategy in target markets to identify and evaluate potential "Routes to Market" and customer needs. * Lead the company to a greater understanding of our customer's medium and long term marketing strategy. * Develop and enhance the Marketing Strategy for Firebird and Manage the overall Marketing budget. THE REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Business / Marketing. * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. * Excellent presentation skills. * Good market analysis and business intelligence exposure. * Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience in working proactively in a sales team environment. * Ability to travel when required.
