We are currently recruiting a Travel & Expense Analyst to join our finance team in Carrigaline on a 6 month contract basis. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. The successful candidate will be part of a Finance project team and will have responsibility over the set-up of the current T&E process on a new SAP platform. The role will involve collaboration with our IT team and AMEX to ensure the successful set-up of the new platform while also managing all the changes involved with the issue of new AMEX cards across the organisation. Principal Accountabilities: Required to have a in-depth understanding of the T&E processes and AMEX platform. Work with IT and AMEX in developing a new AMEX platform between SAP and AMEX. Lead the development of efficient process for updating AMEX cards across the organization. Develop a robust communication process for providing card change updates. Provide any end user training requirements. Ensure on-going process documentation is updated and robust for future use. Understand the P-Card process and engage with the relevant banking team to update. Involvement with the Company's efforts to ensure compliance with all commercial, company, environmental, safety and other legislation. Essentials Skills: Proven demonstrated track record in a busy Accounts Payable / T&E environment, ideally multi-national focused. Exposure to and working knowledge of SAP is highly desirable. Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Strong team player with good communication skills, who can interact with other departments and management. Self-sufficient with the ability and desire to work efficiently and productively in a multi-task environment on a daily basis. Ability to identify opportunities and manage change programs - to streamline/ reengineer existing processes and influence people to implement them. Ability to identify issues on a timely basis, identify an action plan to resolve issues and influence others to implement the action plan. Understanding of T&E processes, especially those interaction points with SAP is highly desirable.
