Sen. Communications Officer – Pharma. Cork. Working for a Global Pharmaceutical company who are looking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager to designing and support the implementation of internal communication strategies that will creatively amplify and strengthen our clients brand, culture, values and employee engagement. The successful candidate will act as communication champion to create focus, alignment and enthusiasm in the cross-functional team. Duties: •Design and implement strategy and communication programme to facilitate the delivery of relevant, timely internal news and information across the company. •Identify the best channels / networks to achieve the company’s Communication strategy internally and externally. •Work cross functionally to develop communications content including presentations & videos for internal & external use. •Implement additional internal / external communication and or award programs to support objectives / Brand. •Drive the Adoption of technology to enable smart communication and collaborative ways of working. • Launch Digital tools across all functions in a timely and effective manner working cross functionally and using communications insight. •Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an integrated effective approach across communication platforms. •Establish best practises and tools for creative internal communications and research new industry tools and techniques for benchmarking and continuous improvement. •Ability to deliver multiple projects through effective prioritisation and team work. •Measure the impact of technology implementation on communications by developing monthly reports/ KPIs. •Oversee the communication compliance sign-off process. Skills/Experience required: •Degree in Communication, journalism or other related field. •3-5 years’ experience in Corporate Communications and PR. •Exceptional oral, writing abilities, presentation skills. •Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of the digital space, tools and platforms as it related to communications. •Member of CIPR, IOIC or other professional organisations (not essential. •Ideally have a knowledge of Yammer, SharePoint, Agile working, Sprints, Scrums. •Graphic Design Experience.
