My Multinational client hugely successful in the IT world - has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced payroll specialist for a 9 month contract. Main duties. First contact for external payroll providors and employees. End to end processing of payrolls for various EMEA Countries. Dealing with queries from Employes, Management and various other payroll impacting departments. Managing workflow to ensure payrolls were processed accurately and in a timely fashion. Experience. Payroll background, minimum of 2 – 3 years experience. Working to deadlines and have the ability to multitask. Working with figures and analysing data. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Collaborating with other departments who impact the EMEA payrolls such as HR, Benefits and Finance.
