To be able to work as part of a team. Contribute to menu planning ideas. Have a creative flair and show innovation. To assist in all sections of the kitchen. Follow health and hygiene standards. Ideal Candidate. Must have at least 1 -2 years experience in a similar role. Must take direction well and show initiative. Previous experience working in a busy food environment an advantage. Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential. Must work well under pressure. Knowledge of food and HACCP. Excellent command of English.
