La Crème are currently recruiting for a highly successful FMCG organisation in cork. This 12 month contract will afford the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to work within a leading organisation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following: Provide administrative support to senior staff members and account managers. Complete weekly research on behalf of the department and providing feedback to account managers where necessary. Provide reporting support for key clients on excel and internal systems. Build a culture of superior customer service across all areas. Closely monitor marketplace activity. Efficiently liaise with all other departments. Assist with the co-ordination of marketing plans and events. Compilation of customer and conference presentation material. Identifying and incorporating ideas and concepts to improve and add on current business practices. Ad hoc duties that may be assigned to you, from time to time. EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES: Previous experience in FMCG, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing or similar industry. Minimum 2-3 years administration experience. Strong Microsoft Office Skills - particularly in excel. Experience in a busy sales environment desirable. Has the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment. Ability to understand, breakdown and communicate various information. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work on own initiative and within a team. Excellent attention to detail and both verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels. Good numerical skills are essential.
