Our client, a busy environmental engineering firm is looking for additional support to its current team on a contract basis. We are looking for a good all rounder- strong Administrator, excellent Customer Service skills and previous exposure supporting an accounts department. Key responsibilities: Answering phone, filing, organising couriers, post, emails, etc. First point of contact for phone calls and to deal with all calls in a polite, efficient and friendly manner. Deal with internal staff queries and to resolve same in a timely and efficient manner. Check and confirm all invoices relating to Cork business and ensure all are correct for customers. Organise the logistics of goods/samples and associated services in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare all information for month end accounts in a timely and efficient manner, as per companytimelines/ deadlines. Arrange credit notes and deal with accounts queries including customer set up. The ideal candidatewill have 2-3 years experience in a similar role ideally in a customer service/engineering environment.
