Communications & Marketing B2B Specialist. Responsibilities: Grow new marketing-qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content. Use dynamic workflows/ campaigns to optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. Create and implement new projects and creative ideas that help improve client conversion and retention rates. Execute a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.) Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and. content. Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence. Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Slideshare. Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, from thought leaders, existing clients and prospects. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. Monthly reporting on analytics to provide insight into performance and ensure continuous improvement of our messaging. Maintain the integrity of our mailing lists and support data entry for prospect and client details. Support the production of appropriate marketing collateral, including newsletters, videos, white papers, eBooks, case studies and webinars. Take control of marketing inventory, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and on-brand. Requirements: Educated to degree level, in a marketing or business field. 5+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing environment. Past experience of email systems, marketing automation systems, content management systems and search engine optimisation.
