We are currently recruiting dedicated people with a high level of customer service and administration skills who are looking to qualify themselves in the Health Insurance Industry. This is an entry level, customer service advisor position where you will start off your training with a qualified and selected group of colleagues who will support and teach you all about this dynamic role. Areas of responsibilities: Outstanding customer interaction and ability to deal with call interactions. Drive self to continually deliver customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Dealing with private insurance user queries, billing, claims, group pensions and life insurance schemes offered by companies to their staff. Teamwork, includes demonstrating behaviours that show commitment to working with others as well as supporting and improving the overall performance of the team. Adhering to scripting without deviation. Competencies: Will have previous experience in a customer service environment. Administrative experience with a sound knowledge of computer systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong results and a high attention to detail. Resilience and self-motivation.
