Opportunity for a Health & Safety Officer to work with an international construction services organization in Cork. Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager this role is responsible for advising on overall compliance in matters of Health & Safety on site. The role: Implementation of Safety Management System and conducting site safety inspections & audits. Ensure statutory guidelines of the Health & Safety Authority are implemented on site and adhered to. Organize and chair Health & Safety meetings with all construction employees and sub-contractors on site. Manage PPE, Emergency Plans and First Aid on-site. Qualifications: A Degree/Diploma/ Certification in Health and Safety essential, Minimum of 4+ year’s relevant experience on a Construction site. Previous experience managing safety on site.
