THE ROLE: * Youi willl provide a supportive and advisory role to all Departments in relation to the end to end process of managing our people resources to meet the current and strategic objectives. * Develop appropriate resourcing strategies to meet business requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process in accordance with the company's best practice recruitment procedures; * Act as a key business partner within the division to ensure business performance targets are met which includes advising on best practice, developing and implementing robust and appropriate people strategies and initiatives that deliver against current and future business requirements. * Ensure processes and systems are in place across the full employee life cycle to maintain policy control and development in line with business and legislative requirements and report on compliance against same; * Ensure effective communication and engagement and the timely and satisfactory resolution of all employee relations issues and any disciplinary or grievance issues. * Maintain and update HR Systems to ensure colleague data is up to date and that information is available to support business planning and decision making. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 3 years' work experience in a Generalist role. * Strong IT skills including MIS. * Proven attention to detail is imperative. * Knowledge of HR practice and employment legislation. * High degree of customer focus and proven ability to add value to internal and external customers. * Previous experience of designing policies, procedures, practices and systems to improve performance.
