My client a well established pharmaceutical company require the following : Supply Chain Analyst (Materials Management) or MMD. Key duties of the role will include (but not limited to) : First point of contact for troubleshooting customer queries related to MMD. Fluency in French and or German acceptabe also. Work closely with Global Supply Chain, Global Master Data & Affiliates. Create and mantain material master data elemnents in SAP. Utilise applicable tools to implement set ups for product launches or changes to existing materials. Reporting activities (dashboard, metrics, etc. Weekly review of data accuracy and consistency. Work closely with SCM Core teams to align correct data to support replenishment of stocks. Support other teams to ensure all deliverables are met. Run inventory reports and propose actions (scrapping, rebalancing, …) Run interfaces with LSP and ensure orders have been integrated in SAP. Manage, track and resolve Tier 2 disputes and route to local affiliates when required. Qualifications/Requirements. Degree qualifications in business discipline. Degree qualifications in business discipline. Bi-lingual : English & French. Procurement & Supply Chain management specialisation preferable. Min 2 years of Supply chain /Customer service.
