Technical Services Analyst at Poppulo. Ireland Cork Office. The Opportunity Poppulo is looking for a motivated technical analyst to help our blue-chip enterprise customers to integrate with and get the most out of Poppulo’s Internal Communications platform. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this is hands on technical integrations role requiring analysis, technical,,consultancy and customer management skills aswell so some project management. Poppulo`s Technical Services department is a customer-facing technical and consulting team focusing on supporting customers during the provisioning and integration phases of our world-class enterprise-level Internal Communications platform. The successful candidate will leverage existing experience in a technical or analysis discipline, and will be a key consulting resource in analysing systems, assisting with solutions design, providing on-boarding support to large organisations integrating Poppulo into their environment, and providing troubleshooting insight to our customers. This is a permanent full-time position based in Cork. What you’ll be doing. Helping customers to understand the technical activities required when integrating Poppulo with their organisationCoordinating technical onboarding activities with customer project managers and IT stakeholdersProviding third-level support to the Poppulo customer support teamProducing and extending solutions, technical specifications and related documentationBecoming a subject matter expert on the relevant areas of responsibilityWorking with customers and other team members to identify innovative solutionsIdentifying consultancy opportunities where value can be given to customers What we’re looking for: Third level qualification (Business Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or related qualification preferred)2 or more years experience in a comparable role (Software Developer, Technical Project Management, Data Integrations or Technical or Helpdesk Support role)Proven ability to work constructively with large blue-chip customer organisationsAbility to communicate with both technical and non-technical customersSelf-motivated with strong collaboration skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsScripting using Powershell or comparable scripting methodologyWindows Server & GPO AdministrationKnowledge of DNS (SPF,DKIM, MX) AdministrationActive Directory (DL/Security/LDAP)“Stand-out” candidates will have previous technical experience with, Intranet Systems, or email systems Experience in the following is also an advantage: Email delivery and Messaging Systems (Exchange, 0365, Gmail, Lotus Notes) Enterprise Single Sign-On, Federation Services (Octa, ADFS)Spam Filtering Software and Appliances (IronPorts, Proofpoint, MessageLabs, Mimecast)Knowledge of SAML 2.0 authentication methodologies and implementationSQL/SAP/Payroll/HR Systems What’s on offer?
