Irish owned packaging company looking for experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to cover end to end duties within the Supply Chain. Generate and distribute inventory reports .Work to fill all open inventory requirements. Maintain POD documentation and follow up on Pod’s. Expedite orders as necessary. Creates replenishment, down, customer orders and product notifications as required. Creates orders for urgent shipments. Be responsible for cycle counting parts at Consignment on a Monthly / Quarterly / Annual basis and reporting results. Physical warehouse checks of Cycle count excess and global returns, coordinating packaging and shipment to other sites, will require PPE. Ensure reconciliation of site inventory billing is completed within agreed timelines. Clearly document billing mismatches and resolution. This is a job that involves both work in the office and in the warehouse. This is a varied role who will involve office duties, warehouse duties and other duties required by the team on a daily basis. Education / Experience. Educated to degree level or Masters level in Supply Chain Management. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Supply Chain role in a fast paced manufacturing/packaging environment. Fluent English. Excellent systems expertise. Personal Characteristics. Must have a flexible approach to work and be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Developed analytical skills, with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Excellent co-ordination skills. Excellent all round problem solving, communication and influencing skills. Highly motivated and a self-starter. Terms: Full time Permanent, 39 hour week. Package: €35,000.
