Premium Golf Brands are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a 12 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a leading and expanding company. The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of our Customer Service team, liaising with customers and delivering excellent written and verbal customer service in a concise, accurate and timely manner. The candidate should be highly motivated and dedicated. Duties & Responsibilities: Handling all inbound/outbound calls and emails received by the customer service team. Logging all queries, issues and complaints and following up in a time sensitive manner. Processing returns and credit notes. Dealing with all administrative work associated with order processing. Problem solving and providing solutions for customers. Providing administrative support to directors, managers and internal departments. All other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have: Educated to ECDL level. Excellent customer focus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills.
