Job Summary. The EMEIA Logistics Services Team is currently recruiting for a highly motivated, innovative individual to join the team as a Logistics Services Analyst, working closely with both internal and external partners. The successful candidate must have razor sharp analytical skills, be comfortable and confident working in a fast pace environment, both on their own initiative and as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. Description. Resolving and managing customer escalations for all Routes to Market. Drive operational, system and productivity improvements on a continuous basis. Ensuring accurate system information is delivered to customers. Processing and publishing daily and weekly reports in an accurate and timely manner. Support Warehousing & Transportation optimisation/Lean projects. Data Analysis and trending. Monitoring Business & 3rd party partners relevant KPIs. Ensuring SOX compliancy is adhered to through- out the supply chain. Drive KPIs across internal functions and external suppliers, influencing the team to take action swiftly where performance moves outside agreed SLAs. Conduct quality root cause analysis of issues and implement corrective actions. Seek out continuous improvement opportunities for all Logistics Services processes, partnering with other departments to influence change where needed. Find cost savings opportunities for Logistics Services. Ensure Logistics Services input is provided for all current and future initiatives. Key Qualifications. Proven track record in a fast-paced Operations environment with extensive knowledge of end to end processes across inbound, outbound and reverse logistics. Demonstrated ability to use numerical data to drive decision-making and process improvement. Excellent reporting skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Experience managing relationships cross-functionally with partners and internal customers and excellent communication / influencing skills. Team player who works effectively with others but can also demonstrate their own initiative when required to work independently. Strong work ethic, perseverance and flexibility with solution focused problem solving skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to work to under pressure, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and aggressive deadlines. Intermediate - Advanced Excel level with sharp analytical skills and ability to evaluate, analyse and present data to executive level. Prior experience with SAP, Business Objects, CRM tools are a distinct advantage. This is initially an 11 month contract - However there are other opportuinities within the company that will be made available after 11 months.
