Patrick McNamara & Associates (Cork), Chartered Certified Accountants & Statutory Auditors, are looking for a part time Office Administrator/Receptionist. The role will include the following:- Duties / Responsibilities: • General reception & administration, filing, scanning, photocopying, typing, etc. • Answering and responding to phone calls. and dealing with enquiries. • Monitoring of incoming emails for clients and action of same. • Meet and greet customers and visitors. • General office duties. • Potential training and experience with. accounts and payroll on Sage and. Thesaurus. • Other Adhoc Duties. Key Requirements: • Good MS Office Skills Word, Outlook, Excel. • Ability to Multi-task. • Excellent attention to detail / logical thinker. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Excellent Interpersonal and customer. service skills. • Sage or book-keeping experience an. advantage. The hours of work can be agreed with successful candidate but would be expected to be between 15-20 hours a week, which would entail either morning or afternoon work.
