Looking for a T24 Support Analyst to support the project environments and contribute to the preparation of the production landscape. Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently. • Perform problem analysis, and identify and develop work-around solutions where possible, • Work as part of the T24 technical team to identify and implement process improvements, • Help maintain knowledge base and documentation. • Provide T24 application support to business users and project stakeholders through the remainder of the project live cycle, through until go-live. • The T24 Support Analyst may also be required to participate in the incremental development of the existing products as well as contribute to new initiatives. • This is a challenging and demanding role within a fast paced business unit requiring good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to think on your feet and react quickly to challenging technical situations. • Work closely with Project Managers to contribute to planning and identify risk/issue mitigations. • Effective time management skills to deliver quality and on time deliverables. • Assist with QA, UAT, and Stress Testing in coordination with the central QA team. Qualifications: • Knowledge and experience of T24 modules, ideally:- • Treasury. • Customer. • AA. • TPS. • Ideally candidate will have exposure to. • COB Tuning and configuration. • TAFJ. • T24 Classic. • Deployment automation. • Design Studio. • Parameterisation and configuration processes. • Excellent knowledge of OFS and its uses. • Unix scripting skills is an advantage. • Problem solving, data collection and judgment.
