Experienced Senior Sous Chefs required to join 4* + 5* Hotels in Cork, focus of the role ib both properties is on Hotel Restaurant and Lounge food, assistance as required with Banqueting but this is not a regular responsibility. We need a Senior Sous Chef with talent and flair who can lead a busy team, add to the overall style and presentation of the food and in general take responsibility and provide future direction to this busy department. Chef will require 3-4 years Sous Chef experience in another busy 4/5* Hotel and be a competent leader, manager and innovator.
