Customer Service Co-ordinator / Internal Sales. Responsibilities. Providing a high level of customer service support to our customers and Customer Solutions Managers. Assist the team to achieve best performance in areas of cost, service and flexibility to the customers. Day to day involvement with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Sales and Dispatch. Completion of enquiry forms for new customer specifications. Customer Sample Approvals, ensuring samples are approved before placing customer orders. Receiving and placing orders on the system. (By phone, fax or email. Checking orders were dispatched as planned to correct quantities. Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner. Investigate why issue occurred and introduce steps to ensure problem does not reoccur. Dealing with price/invoice queries. VMI processes and customer requirements. Matarial Requesting of traded product. Customer site visits to maintain and further develop our customers relationships. Any other reasonable duties requested by management. Key Competencies/Qualifications/Requirements. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Excellent Communication. Customer service experience. IT Skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work as part of a team and work on your own. Knowledge and experience of ERP Systems. Training will be provided. The role will report to the Regional Sales Manager. The position is a full time position subject to a 6 month probationary period.
