Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month contract in an accessible office in Cork. In this role, you will provide support and advice to managers within the business and workdirectly with the HR Director and Operations team to drive growth profitability through employee productivity and satisfaction. You would be working on key HR projects across resourcing, employee development, employee relations, rewards and employee engagement. This is a varied role that involves travel and has a key focus on Employee Relations. It's an excellent opportunity to utilise your HR experience within an autonomous role. The ideal candidate will be: Ideally, CIPD qualified or part qualified. Have 4 years + generalist HR experience. Knowledge of performance management and processes. Stakeholder management skills. Technical expertise in Employee Relations. Ideally experience of dealing with Trade Unions, although not necessary.
