Manage plans for inventory levels, reacting to change in demand and logistics. Participate in promotional activities, reviewing monthly calendar promotions. Requirements: Highly organised, detailed-oriented and good follow up skills. Ability to make important decisions and the pressure of meeting demanding targets and tight deadlines set by theBuying Director. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel. Provide input into the creation of seasonal assortment plans for Women’s and Girls. Attend category and brand meetings, including Initial Line Review and Final Product Revision. Superior communication skills - able to communicate persuasively, influentially and responsibly across a broad spectrum of stakeholders. Participate in cross-functional team meetings. Knowledge of merchandise planning, allocations, and visual requirements. Participate in quarterly hindsight meetings and monthly management meetings. Assist with pulling sales data for key meetings, such as weekly business reviews, monthly forecasting, and quarterly Hindsight. Providefloor setlist for visual and style transfer list for planning / allocation on a rotational basis. Analyse product and consumer trends within the marketplace by product category. Reporting: Set up and run based on needs of the business. Overall data entry: Order entry and allocations. Must be willing to travel to US / Europe. Clean drivers licence. Wage negotiable + bonus.
