As part of your role, you will answer inbound calls and emails from customers in an efficient and timely manner. You will troubleshoot quickly and efficiently, providing information and solutions to customers and do so with the highest standards of professional customer service. At Voxpro we are open 24x7x365 for some of our clients and as such you may be required to work a variety of shifts but this will be clarified with you on the phone at our initial contact stage and will depend on the specific contract we are recruiting for. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Deals with members' phone queries promptly and efficiently, and in accordance with Company procedures. Processing all incoming phone calls from customers and manages all requests, changes and cancellations. Interacting with a diverse customer base. Inputting and accessing data in system. Deals with warm transfers or escalations from other agents, taking ownership for the problem from start to finish. Administers call-backs to members if problem cannot be solved on initial call. Clearly and concisely logs and tracks details of issues arising, ensuring to report re-occurring queries in order to minimise repeat callers. Maintains an up-to-date level of product and procedural knowledge by being attentive to and acting upon information advised in e-mail update, team meetings, training and other briefings. Perform all duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times. Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures. Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role. Look at opportunities to make changes and improve the processes. Maintains, at a minimum, target levels of productivity and performance, as outlined by Manager in relation to call times, idle times and other performance metrics as they arise. Helps maintain a good team and working environment through assisting fellow employees and participating constructively in team meetings. Undertakes duties of a general nature or additional tasks as may be required from time to time by Manager. SKILLS REQUIRED: Fluent Dutch and English written & oral. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ability to deal with conflict. 1-2 years customer service/sales, consumer retail, or contact centre experience essential. Proven experience of successfully working to targets in a pressurised environment. Exceptional communication skills essential including excellent listening skills, and the ability to maintain composure to positively deal with and resolve challenging customer queries. Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills are essential. Social Media awareness at a personal level preferred. Great time management skills. COMPETENCIES.
