The Opportunity. Statsols is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team to facilitate the expansion of support hours to cover our expanding US user-base.For this positon, we require excellent written and oral communication skills, and while some previous experience in a customer service role within a technology-oriented organization would be desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided. Job Description. Responding to customer inquiries, via email and telephone from 1.30pm to 9.30pm, Monday to Friday. Identifying, researching, and resolving customer queries using our Statsols solutions database along with your own knowledge, computing skills and personal initiative. Providing quality, positive and customer-centred support. Manage and develop relationships with customers and users. What we are looking for. Strong customer service skills, willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues. Flexibility, will be required to work non-standard office hours. Data accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Microsoft Office skills and other business systems experience. Good people skills, ability to build relationships to ensure best customer service.
