Core Responsibilities. The ideal candidate will join the experienced development team in Cork and will be working in an Agile / SCRUM development environment. They will be involved in the design, development, and implementation of the Supply Chain & Cost Management solution for the Healthcare Industry that is deployed to a numerous locations in Ireland, UK, and US. Design, develop and deliver leading edge solutions using the latest technologies. Work through all aspects of the development life-cycle. Expand and build on the commercial applications supporting multiple platforms. Opportunities to work across web, mobile, and desktop technologies. Core Skills / Qualifications. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 3-5 years' experience and understanding in the following: .NET 4.0 / 4.5 C# ASP.NET, MVC 4, HTML 5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX. WCF Services, REST Services. SQL Server 2008 / 2012, T-SQL. LINQ. IIS 6.0 / 7.0 / 8.0. N-Tier Application Architecture. Strong analytical, design, and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills - ability to articulate technical solutions. Strong team player - but ability to work on own initiative individually. Desire to learn and develop their IT competency.
