Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a very busy office with a small manufacturing company on the Cork/ Kerry border. The company are located 18 miles from Killarney and 10 miles from Macroom. The primary responsibilities of the Office Administrator will be purchasing, stock control and the administration functions of the company including bookkeeping. Main Responsibilities: • Purchasing of component parts for assembly of the various range of products. • Receiving from suppliers and stock control. • Assisting accounts department in administration of customer and supplier invoices, statements and remittance advise. • Preparation of Shipping/Export documentation. • Administration of Quality Management documentation. • Attendance at management meetings. • Daily time sheets and work progress. • General administrative duties. The successful candidate must have purchasing and stock control experience. Experience in bookkeeping and in SAGE will be an advantage. You will pro-active, used to working on own Initiative with strong IT and communication skills. You will be capable of working on multiple projects at once and have the ability to switch between them on an on-going basis. Please contact Donal in our Kerry office for further details.
