Position: Sales Executive - Construction or Architectural Industry. Location: Cork. Salary: Neg DOE. Expanding building products company in Cork are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales but will also have experience in Ironmongery and Automatics. This is a client facing role (End Users, Main Contractors & Architects) which involves managing and following up all sales leads generated. This person must be focused and assertive in closing sales whilst having the ability to form lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes but not limited to: Window and Door sales preferable. Knowledge of Hardware & Ironmongery. Knowledge of construction and building products. Experience dealing with Architects and main Contractors. Account management. Customer care and relationship building. Strong in planning and scheduling. Management of sales ledger.
