My Client is a leading pharmaceutical company in Cork. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Order management professional with German or Dutch language skills to join their thriving team. The ideal professional will have 2 - 4 years’ experience in order management in a customer facing role. Responsibilities include: Manage orders through phone, fax and email. Manage and resolve any issues with orders. Prioritise urgent orders. Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service. Be involved in all continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have : Fluency with German or Dutch and English is essential. Degree Qualified in a business discipline is essential. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Keen eye for detail, high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with SAP a distinct advantage.
